Slow Response from support.servoy.com

I noticed that our Internet connection to support.servoy.com from the USA has been really slow for about a week (logging on took 3-4 minutes after entering my credentials), so I performed a traceroute with the timeout set for 60 seconds. The results are below.

they came back with a reply and they tell us that it is not something they can do much about.

It is before their network, a big interconnect

Thank you for trying, Johan. Whether or not your host provider sent the complaint up the chain to their provider (poor customer support if they did not), the problem has been resolved as access to the support site has recently improved and is back to normal.
