broken relationship

I have a rather crucial relationship based on a global.

I renamed the global but the relationship didn't update the name (didn't know this maybe a message when renaming a global concerning this is required).

Now the relationship is broken.

Strange thing is, (because) I use this relationship from the very beginning, the startup stops before the first form. I do get error messages though reporting me of the missing relationship/global.

After that, the first form is not downloaded! I then switch to layout mode (apple-l). And try to edit the relationships...

Under rc2 I do get the relations list. Under rc3 I don't. Tried to restart with rc3 2 times with no luck. I then threw the databases into my rc2 directory and was finally able to edit it....

I also got trapped in this situation last week. :?
A warning dialog will be build in, when you try to rename/delete a global.

With RC5 you can't delete a column or global anymore if it is used in a relation.

If you rename a global the relation will be updated now on the fly.
