Bug in Group Function

I wanted to group some elements ( 3 Layers), but the problem is, that to top most layer is placed somewhere else.

Using Win XP / RC 12

  1. Step
    I placed my elements with “Bring to front / back” like the way I want to have them to be shown.

  2. Step
    I select the elements I want to group

  3. Step
    I group them and the alignment has gone. The top most layer drops one layer back and is hidden now :(
