Cannot download Servoy MAC OS X EL CAPITAN

Greetings,
I have installed Servoy on a Windows 10 Machine. Even it was somewhat interesting.
On MAX OS X, I was able to install JDK 1.8.0_101 and java version returns the correct version. When I go back to Servoy.com to download Servoy developer, the download for MAX OS X is not enabled. I found before that when it was initially enabled, I was consistently routed to the Oracle JAVA install / verify site. Seems something is amiss - any assistance would be most appreciated.

And yes I am a NEWBIE to Servoy, but have quite a bit of experience in the WINDOWS and UNIX environments.
I did try reinstalling JAVA JDK after disabling System Integrity Protect; but that did not seem to make any difference. Never received any failure messages for Oracle JAVA installer

Discovered that I needed to setup some permissions for security:
Servoy Download and Install

  1. Download and Install Java JDK (this includes JRE and DEVELOPMENT Environment); reboot! Verify java installed by open Terminal window: java -version
  2. Open System Preferences/Java Control Panel
  3. In General TAB/Network Settings: set to Direct Connection + OK
  4. In Security TAB; add http://servoy.com to Exception Site List
  5. Download Servoy Installer jar.
  6. Open Terminal window; then execute: java -jar ~/Downloads/
  7. Install the Servoy application in the MAC-HD Application directory
