Just upgraded to v. 2 and am trying to connect to developer (Servoy Server) via http on localhost (Mac OS 10.3). Preferences Services tab says that HTTPService is not started and I can’t seem to get it going. When I go to http://localhost:8080/... I get the Jakarta page installed during my OpenWeb installation. The web server is running and I can access other servlets from this port. Since this is the first time I have tried this, I don’t know if something is wrong…
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Steve
In the developer services tab you can alter the port which is used to serve http, in your case 8080 is already used , so change the port to something else

What do you mean with “connect internal” ?
How are you connecting internally then? Through the external IP? Is it routed properly? Can you connect on localhost?

I can access internally the servoy-admin page. But the main webpage where I can download the client, it totally blank…
Figured it out allready… I think I just have a bad day or something ![Confused :?]()
Just typed in the wrong URL… external I use a forward link with a domainname, which was correct.. internal I had to type the URL…
