I have the locale in servoy on NL indeed, but in excel and word it does work. I get a comma for a comma and a dot for a dot.

That is how it is supposed to work. The period on the numpad however, should get you the decimal separator for the locale of your choice. So for the nl locale, you should get a comma.

This was implemented in Servoy 3.5.1 and 3.1.7 .
