Change Sybase port - How

Hello everybody,

Does anyone know where and how I can change the default port for my Sybase connections from 2638 to another number?

yes, adjust the sybase.config file.

for example:

-x tcpip{port=2638}

choose a different number there.

and all your db-entries corresponding to the one you set in the sybase.config file.
