Hi,

In FMP, in the design mode if you select a particular object (field / label/ button) and press CTRL + SHIFT + A, all the elements of the selected object will be selected. I can then change the property of all the elements selected.

For eg:

In my form if I have 50 fields and 50 related labels, currently to select all the fields only, you need to press CTRL and click one by one 50 times.

It would be very useful if I click on one field and press CTRL + SHIFT + A which will then select all the fields only (but not the labels)

Kindy consider this

Thanks

servoy does that!
If you select one label and then press CTRL-A, it will only select all the labels.

Ahmad,

You can also find information about selecting elements in the Servoy
Developer Edition User’s Guide in the Forms chapter, Form elements,
“Placing elements on forms”, p.185.

OR

Information about selecting elements is also available in the online
Servoy Help Navigator:
-Open the Help Navigator (Choose Help\>Help or F1).
-Expand the Forms chapter on the Contents tab.
-Expand the Form elements section
-Double click on “Placing elements on forms”.

Once the topic is open, to go directly to this information:
-Choose Tools\>Find (CTRL-F/CMD-F).
-Enter “select all” in the “Find Next” search box.
-Press the “Find Next” button to highlight the first instance of “select all”.
