we file a case in the support system, and send already a sample solution to the support team.
Btw.
We built a small testing solution.
The sample solution holds just one table and just three text fields.
Fieldname1: txt200 - typ: text - length 200
Fieldname2: txt255 - typ: text - length 255
Fieldname2: txt2000 - typ: text - length 2000
We were tracking per networkdump the sql commends, servoy is sending to the MySql DB during the solution import.
And it looks like Servoy is telling Mysql to build an mediumtext field instead an varchar(2000)
