# designer issue

When I am in designer mode and select all elements on the form, except for the elements in the titleheader.

I than select also all parts of the form (with CTRL-click I add them to the selection) so, body, summary, footer, etcc. except the titleheader.

Now I want to move these parts/elements downwards, with CTRL-down.  
If I do this more than 2 times, some parts of the form don’t go down anymore, and my form is messed up!

So I have to reselect all elements again, than add all parts again, and go down 2 steps, reselect all again, etc…

very time-consuming!  
Can this be fixed?
