How do I deploy a solution on the web?

I have written a solution which will be used in our remote store locations to add new hire employees to our payroll database. I have made the solution web-compatible.

Now, how do I deploy this solution? I have solutions that are smart-client, but this is the first web. We want this to execute from our intranet.

Can someone direct me to the current documentation on how to do this?
