How to make a double underline Ireport

I want some text double underlined in my report. There is only the option underline (not double underline).

I can fake it by making my text underlined and setting a line under my variable, but then the lines doesn’t have an equal size.

Has anyone an idea?

On the Jasper Reports forum there is mention of using the double underline feature of the border of the text box. That might help.
