I18N editor minimizable

Hi,

Is it possible to make the I18N editor minimizable?

To be more precise: can the I18N editor be made Iconifyable and also not always on top?

When I have the Editor open and click outside the editor on my form, the Editor still remains on top. I would like it a lot more if the I18N editor would go to the background.
