I would like to use the images in the CRM demo in my app. I can’t find the directory they are in?

They aren’t in any directory at all because they reside in the database in so called BLOB-fields.

not completely true, the are in the solution media lib., open the crm.solution file from the examples dir with winzip and view the files in the media folder (they are gifs)
