# New version of IT2BE Components for Servoy 4.0 available

Today we uploaded a new version of our Components for Servoy 4.0

The new version of the Components solves a bug that made it impossible to update or downgrade to new and old versions of the Components  
Unfortunately you will have to **remove the old features and plugins** before you can upgrade.  
This is a ‘one time only’ but really necessary.

1. To remove the old features you will have to remove all folders (and content) beginning with ${servoyroot}/developer/features/com.it2be.\*
2. To remove the old plugins you will have to remove all files beginning with ${servoyroot}/developer/features/com.it2be.\*
3. After a restart of Servoy Developer you select Help-Software Updates-Find and Install and choose ‘Search for updates of the currently installed features’.
4. After selecting ‘Finish’ you follow the questions and instructions.
