It’s still much for a small company. What are cheaper ways to go?
Cookie, what is payable for a small company?
In the end, when your hosting provider can not deliver you might loose clients over it when servers are down or whatever you can think of.
I have been offline for something like a day in the beginning of my business. That was expensive, much much more expensive than paying the corrrect money for the services needed.
I really don’t understand this discussion. I am afraid you are comparing apples to pears. Don’t go that path…
Hope this helps you desciding.
I’ve just looked at some filemaker-hosting pages:
EUR 40,-- per month
3 databases
1,5 GB space
2 GB monthly transfer
What you write ist true, but is this ensured by any servoy-ISP? I mean in the end everything can crash.
Will I encounter problems if my solution is done with the preinstalled database and when I transfer it afterwards to a provider who runs postgres sql?
Or more specific what does servoy save in solutions? Only the GUI?
How are licences handled by using a servoy hosting provider?
I bet Direct ICT can answer your questions sufficiently. I’d address your questions directly to him…
Have fun
Can your calendar be used for integration with solution data also? Or is it just a calendar?
Huh, this question doesn’t belong here… But the answer is yes
