problem with key of user

Hi

I’ve a problem with key and permission for my users. I’ve decide that my user test is “System administrator” and when he log-in can see his menu.

This is the print screen after log-in.

Now I’ve decide that my user test is a “Basic user” and I’ve modify his level in this way.

After the log-in I can’t see the menu this is the printscreen.

Where am I doing wrong? How I can add basic users correctly and see his menu??

A normal user will not see a program and its menus unless he has rights for it. So you have to create a key asign it to the program and to the group basic_users and then the user will see the program again.

Thanks for reply, but not work and I don’t understand where i wrong.
I have set a key for all forms and for my menu. I’ve create a group “basic_user” and I’ve insert my basic user. Then I’ve select the same key of the forms for the group “basic_user”.
If basic user log-in don’t see menus but the superuser can see all menus.
Why? I’ve forgot something?

Just for the readers. It seems to be solved in the latest version.

The programs of your menu have keys? if programs have keys, you must set the key of this programs if you want to see this in your user, the key of the menu doesn’t is enough.
