(Re-) started development of Analyzer plugin

Just a short notice that we (re-) started development of the Analyzer plugin. The Analyzer plugin is the renamed version of the Outline plugin.

The plugin is going to give the developer the possiblitity to analyze the Servoy repository and move methods etc between different solutions to begin with.

The reason we stalled developing in the first place was the fact that Servoy was about to release a new version of their repository shortly after our first announcement. Now, starting with Servoy 3.0rc2, that new repository is a fact.

We will work towards a preview version at Servoy World…
