# Reporting problem with servoy

Hi all,

Here i got a problem with reporting in servoy.

My servoy vesion is 3.5.5.

i use the reference code in the servoy\_simple\_crm solution.

which use the html tags to format the report in the servoy.

Actually the report is ok. but the problem is suppose i’ve records totally 50 records (nearly 2 pages).

Then I click the print button and I choose the PDF printer (to change PDF format). and then print.

In the PDF it only take 1 page into PDF documents.

That is my problem , my records it totally 50 records (2 pages), but when i change the PDF its only take 1 page of data.

If you doubleclick on the “printSliding” property of your field, you can allow the height to grow.

Hi Joas,

I already use printsliding property and use vertical grow and shrink.

But its still the problem.

Still i only got 1 page (the data is totally 2 pages).

If anything else pls let me know.

There is something I forgot about actually:  
Click on the “Define Parts” icon and select the part your field is on (probably the body). Now check “Allow part to break across page boundaries”.

This should do the trick.
