Repository Import Dialog

I just upgraded to Version R2 2.1rc2-build 306
Java version 1.4.2_04-b05 (Windows 2000)

I use 2 different properties files one for a remote mysql repository one for a local sybase repository

Whenever I use the Local Repository the Import Dialog displays wrong.

I am trying to upload a screenshot:
Upload Error: Could not upload Attachment to ./files/import.jpeg.

make the file a jpg instead of jpeg
