# scrollbar behaviour

I have a form (table-locked-view)  
with a title-header and a body

half the form is title-header and the other half is body.  
Is it possible that de vertical scrollbar(which is connected to the body!) only appears on the body-part and not on the complete form?

Is it possibile to do this with form-view too?  
Mostly we have buttons in the title-bar header of an formview  
you can than scroll thru the form without loosing view of the title and footers
