# Servoy 8.2.1 Release Candidate

We are pleased to announce the availability of Servoy 8.2.1 release candidate (releasenumber 3104)

This version is available through the [jar](http://download.servoy.com/beta/8xx_product/servoy_installer.3104.jar) or [exe](http://download.servoy.com/beta/8xx_product/servoy_installer.3104.exe)  
The update site is: [http://download.servoy.com/developer/8x … candidate/](http://download.servoy.com/developer/8xx_updates/releasecandidate/)

This release should update fine over an existing 8.2 install but if you upgrade from a 8.1.x to the 8.2.1 rc release then the developer will upgrade, but the application server part (or the developer) needs a new servoy\_update.zip attached to this post (overwrite the one in your install)

Was working with Servoy multi-platform and Javascript for deploying a plugin in [http://www.techversantinfotech.com](http://www.techversantinfotech.com). Whick SDK would be most suitable/fast for publishing through AppUp?
