we upgraded PostgreSQL some time ago i think from 81 to 82 or even a bit before that.
It is not updated in 82x
But we don’t (or shouldn’t) upgrade PostgreSQL manually on a existing install (so updating the developer or updating the application server should not update PostgreSQL, you only get it on a fresh install)
So for a fresh install of the developer i guess you need to do an export/import of the old files (not sure maybe Robert can answer that better, i thought PostgreSQL would do the upgrade)
For an application server you should not use our embedded PostgreSQL, you should install PostgreSQL itself by its own installer, ours is only meant for development.
