here is a new version of the Calendar Tool: 2.1

for MAC users: only copy empty.gdb to calendar.gdb
and make a standard firebird-connection, with name: Calendar
than import the solution!
The Calendar Tool now automaticly creates one user and One record in Calendar. (So you don’t have to do this manually again!)

Please let me know what you think!.

Great! I finally got this solution to load/work! Nice looking. However, there is a big problem: you need to re-synch the sequences to the calendar.gdb file you provide. In creating a new user - the new user ID is 1, but the existing userID (the sample data) is a 2. Same with new appointments - I can’t even add one in because I get a firebird ID contstraint error (i.e. it’s trying to add ID = 54 and it’s already there).

Nice design, though, from what I can see.

HM-i that’s strange!
I thougth that, if you make a new server connection to a gdb file,
and than import (only the first time) the solution, that the solution-sequences are updated!

Question to the Servoy guys: Are the sequences updated the first time?

Hi, because of some troubeling in previous versions, I have made changes to the Calendar Tool.

You can download it now with sample data, so no troubles, with empty tables, etc…

Please try it now in the 2.1beta4. Johan did some tremendous changes in speeding up portals!!.
