Software as Service (SaaS) information

Hi all,

I’ve been doing mainly Smart Client programming for the longest time and I’ve been asked to do some Software as service with Servoy. Is there a beginners guide out there that gives you a quick run down of how to make a SaaS solution? Things like how do we divide up the databases between each customer? Do we also just make our solution a web based solution and upload the solution to any webhost or is there specific type of webhost?
