Hi,

Working on sybase, I have a form in Table view. The form is showing all the columns of the underlying table.

When I create a new record and do not fill any data in some of the fields that are defined in the DB (and in Servoy the Dataprovider Editor also says it) as not nullable, I am able to save the record, without problems.

How can this be? somehow, I would expect the DB to give an error, but it doesn’t…

Paul

Puzzled…

Ok, never mind… ![:D]( "Very Happy")

Seems that either Servoy, or Java, or Sybase inserts a emtpy string into the field…
