# Views in SyBase Vs MySQL

I wonder why Servoy IS supporting correctly table views created on a MySQL 5 engine, while it is NOT for views created on a SyBase ASA backend.

Is there any way to let them (ASA ones) appear in the Servoy DataProvider editor window?

PS. I know, having care not to insert-delete-update fields directly on form-views ![:wink:]( "Wink")
