wireless network

I know there have been issues with Clients not connecting to the Server, with a wireless network.
I now have a customer, which has a wireless network (all Linksys products) and all worked fine with 2.1.1. Since I updated to 2.1.2. there are happening weird things! The client is connecting correctly but all kind of weird things happen in the solution.
Method that suddenly don’t work anymore. Errors as: Cannot save data,
If I open a client on the server (which I have acces too) everything works fine. They also connected a client to the switch by a NIC and that PC works fine from there.

Does anybody expierence such things?
Are there changes in the connection protocol between 2.1.1 and 2.1.2?

They have only problems now with Servoy. Connecting to a Exchange server (for example) is working fine, for example.

Hi Harjo

Not sure if this helps but I have Server (R2 2.2rc1 b319) and Clients (R2 2.2b2 build 317) and not having any problems - other than self-inflicted :)

Using Win XP Dell PC as Server and several laptops connecting over Draytek wireless network & it’s fine. Also have clients accessing & no probs reported.

I did have problem when setting up and discovered that the Server PC had two versions of Java installed. Cleared the Java’s, re-installed so that all machines using Java 1.4.2_06-b03 and has been very stable.

Let me know if you need more.

What kind of problems did you have on the server with 2 JVM?
The same as I described above?

My problems were different as I could connect through wireless network to Servoy-Admin but couldn’t connect as client.

As I said on first post this may not help but assuming you’ve already checked the obvious things it’s worth looking for other factors.

Best of luck
