Release notes for Servoy betas

wrong latest release and repository error

Postby pbakker » Fri Jun 11, 2004 4:20 pm

Hi,

Just downloaded the latest release from the webpage (not the beta) and I got 2.0, not 2.0x (think we're up to 2.03?).

When I started it, it prompted me to download the update, but after that was finished, Servoy gave the following error:

Repository found in database too new for this software version. Repository version: 21, software version: 20. Upgrade Servoy first.

What is happening?

the minor updates are only available through auto update at the moment. So if you want 2.0.3 download 2.0 then autoupgrade to 2.0.3

The error you metion indicates you did not stop sybase after running 2.1 beta. If you don't stop sybase it will continue running. Stop sybase first than start 2.0 and you'll be fine.
