Scanner in Keyboard emulation does not write right on servoy

Could someone resolve this problem?
On a client windows xp is running a servoy solution. In the solution a scanner reads and writes ean13 bar code on a text field.
If the scanner writes on the servoy field, the number is not writed correctly (number 1 is not showed). If we open WordPad in the same client in which Servoy solution is running, then scanner read and writes correctly on notepad also number 1.
Tanks in advance.

That sounds strange to me. Servoy accepts keyboard input through the os so there should be no difference. Checklist:

- does this occur on multiple PC's ?
- have you checked if your scanner is properly configured?
- is it sending additional pre-codes? escape characters maybe?
- maybe it's sending characters too fast?

If i scan only one digit I see that all numbers are writed, but number 1, hex 31, is not writed on Servoy from scanner. It is writed on notepad or also openOffice.
The same with digit E, hex 41.
When I scan 1, I observe that the write "Finestra" of Servoy highlights for a moment.
Tanks in advance.
