New install problem

I wanted to try the latest Beta, so I downloaded it and installed it on a new Windows XP computer. However, when Servoy opened the developer features were not present. It appeared to open like a client.

So I uninstalled and tried downloading and installing the latest non-Beta version of Servoy. That worked fine at first. All the developer features looked fine. However, a dialog came up asking me to download an update. So I did. Then it asked me to close Servoy and re-open it. So I did. However, now the developer features are gone again.

Any ideas on what I might be doing wrong?

where really the toolbars gone or just not visible?

please look at youre toolbar menu if they are just not visible or really not there
