Can you explain a little bit more the new export-security-feature?

is only the export secure?
If I deploy an export to a customer, than nobody can edit the source? Not even an Administrator?
What happens when the developer is started and you go to design-mode?

If you protect a solutution on export nobody can alter the solution without having the password you specified on export.
