Searching in Servoy 4

Hi all,

Breaking my head...

How can I do a search on all my methods in Servoy 4?
For example, I want to find all methods with "application.writeFile" in it...

Hi Stef,

You can can do this in the Classic Search view.
Just click on the flashlight icon to create a new search and put in your search criteria.
The search results will be visible in the Search view (yep, another view).

But can I do a find/replace in ALL methods like in Servoy 3?

Hi Stef,

Yes, just press the 'Replace...' button and it does the find first and then show the replace dialog.
Keep in mind that it searches your whole workspace.

No, it replaces only in the open method...

Hi Stef,

You can let it do it file by file, match by match or the whole file in one go. Or you use Replace All and it will do all matches in all files.
