Printing RTF-Area

I am writing an electronical patient record. Part of it is a form for written reports in rtf format. The text of a report is in an rtf_area. The user should be able to print the report (not the form). How can I do this?

When you only want to print the content of the field you can create a new printform holding only the field.
When you can't or find the result not what you want you could write the record/field content as a file and open it in word.
