Preference for BG Color in Designer Mode

Preference for BG Color in Designer Mode

Hello,

Please see the attached screenshot. The fields have white labels, which of course makes it difficult to see them. Unless I'm missing something, there's no option to set the background color in designer mode. I see a preference for grid color, but not background color.
