Hiden Menu bar shows while client loads - request not to

Make the menu bar never appear.

When the smart client is loading, the "Solution Settings | On open method" has not yet run and the client window is already drawn on screen.

This has the undesirable side-effect that momentarily the menu bar appears and then it disapears (when the plugins.kioskmode.setMenuVisible(false) runs in the "On open method"). This looks very unprofessional giving the idea that "all that overhead is there" (not my analysis!).

The obvious solution would be to make the "On open method" run before the window is shown on screen (it may have already been instantiated).
I understand that this specific solution may not be possible, but it would be really nice if the menu never showed!
