Variable Height Rows in TableView

I would like the ability to have the height of a Tableview rows dynamic based on column content.
If you have a notes column. Some notes are 10 charaters long some are 2000 characters long. I would like to be able to have the column in the Tableview Word wrap the text and display the *complete* note with having to scroll down.
