maxIdleTime sets force in onSolutionClose?

If a client exceeds the maximum idle time, does the UserManager plugin indicate to the onSolutionClose that it is a forced shutdown?

Also, when there is a forced shutdown, do all the user's locks (acquireLock) get released automatically?
