UserManager 1.1 adds copyFileFromServer, reset i18n

Today we released version 1.1 of the UserManager plugin. New is the ability to copy a file from the server to the client. We have also added a feature to reset the i18n messages on the server, so newly added messages can be loaded without restarting the server. The server object now has a servoyDirectory property and one bug was fixed.
