Table bean 3.5 adds "manual" SourceList and Tree bean

* new SourceList bean: just like the FoundSetSourceList, this bean mimics Apple's iTunes style tree list. This bean can be fully populated by method, without the need of a FoundSet
* new Tree bean: regular JTree bean that can be fully customized and like the SourceList filled by method
* autoscroll for all Drag & Drop components: if the user drags to the end of a scrollable component, the component will now properly autoscroll
* cursor fix when the user changes the modifier key during a drag operation
The new version is free for registered users of Table bean version 3 or later and is available from our website. Users of an earlier version can purchase an update from our shop.
