New release of IT2BE Word Plug-in

[IT2Be]

Today we updated the our Word Plug-in for Servoy.

The Word Plug-in enables you to create Word Documents (and many other formats) without the use of MS Word.

We added:

- Support for Table of Contents.
- Set/Change alignment of text
- Set/Change paper size
- Set/Change paper orientation
- Add/Change footers
- Add/Change headers
- Save a document in PDF/A-1b format

With these changes you can even do more than before using this Plug-in.

Create mail-merge documents, create completely new documents or edit templates and create a full report.
All without using MS Word!!!

[fix] leaving an attribute of a font string empty is now expected to be the current value in the document
