Plugin owner

Hi

When installing the browser suite, I notice, the plugin files owner is system (root) (on Mac OS X 10.8.4). This has consequences when signing the jar files.
Other plugins owner is the user, who installed the plugin. Is there a reason, why the owner is root? Did I do something wrong, when installing it?
