UserManager:UserManagerServer - Failed

I'm getting this message into the log file:
I'm using properly the plugin with the same ID/licence inside the developer but if I run it into an application server, I get this error.
Inside the servoy-admin page I've set as ID/licence the same I'm using into the developer.
Any idea about this issue?
