JasperReport "unexpected block data" error

Hi guys,

Recently we've been receiving "error unmarshalling return; nested exception is: java.io.StreamCorruptedException: unexpected block data;" when attempting to run reports on our app server solution. Works fine in developer. Anyone had this issue before, or know anything about it?

Nothing gets printed to the server logs.
