Announcing Crystal Reports for Servoy

This plugin provides capability for Servoy applications to invoke crystal reports and leverage business objects from Servoy, such as foundsets, calculations.
This project will be maintained as an open source project on ServoyForge.

- Added: Report Server Plugin: To identify reports directory to the client
- Added: Formula substitutions provider: To help replace formula fields with custom formula text
- TODO: Related data providers are not yet supported
