Barcode number not showing on Windows

We created a jasper report for a student identity card containing a barcode and showing the corresponding number below it. We added the barbecue-1.5-beta1.jar and the barcode4j-2.1.jar to the <servoy-app>/application_server/plugins/servoy_jasperreports/ folder.
On Mac, the barcode and the barcode number below it is displayed as expected, i. e. works fine.
On Windows, only the barcode is displayed but NOT the number below.
Has anyone made the same experience? Any hint for a solution? Are the additional jar files needed on Windows?
Used version is: JasperSoft Studio 6.4.0 with Servoy JasperReports plugin version 6.4.1
