Mail plugin attachment error

I have a big problem with the mail plugin and attachments.
As soon as I add a binaryAttachment and execute a sendMail, nothing happens. No subsequent code is executed and nothing is in the log.
Does anyone know this behavior? It works without any problems without attachments.
My developer is running with Servoy 2020.3.0.3562 and we are using the Smartclient.
Iam sure that this was running fine with an older Servoy version. Maybe a dependency on other jar files?
