Open native maps app
Posted: Mon Jan 24, 2022 5:16 pmI am using the svyphonegapLocation plugin to get the geo coordinates from my device.
Then after this I show the location with application.showURL('https://www.google.nl/maps/dir/fromAddressA/toAddressB', '_blank').
The map is displayed and the route from addressA to addressB is shown.
So far, so good.
Then a message is shown with a question 'Use the native maps app', as you can see in the attached pdf.
But when I click on this button nothing happens.
It would be nice if then the native google maps app would open and I could listen to the spoken navigation from the app.
Does anybody have some experience with this problem?
