LDAP Error

Can anyone help me with the following error:
"Couldn't get remote service: 'com.it2be.ldap.c' for a not authenticated client: 'null'; authenticate or see admin page for setting."
What does it mean? We see this in some log files, but don't see, how to solve it. So far, login works.
