dbtreeview limitations?

Postby Cain » Thu Jan 06, 2005 11:57 pm

I have a dbtreeview in my custom controller, which I use for navigation. Works like a charm, until....

If you don't close nodes behind yourself, and get about forty nodes open, the menutree goes back to colors, sports and food.

Is there some sort of limitation to the dbtreeview that I was unaware of? If so, is there some way to prevent/circumvent this behavior?

There is no limitation, I'm not sure why it whould start showing its "sample data" , are you sure you dont call setRoots(null) ?

I did a search to verify: I only call setRoots in one method, and it's not null.

Could I send you my solution via email? Better yet, I sent Johan Compagner a copy last night, could you look at it there?

It's pretty easy to reproduce in my solution. Just keep opening nodes. :-)
